Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM! We aim to make your purchasing process as quick and easy as possible. Please read our policies regarding returns and returnable items below to answer any questions you may have. 

Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed the order cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM expressly consents.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM Please call 833-400-0774 (8AM-6PM, EST, Monday through Friday).

Generally, Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM cannot accept returns of “drop shipped” items directly from the factory to you. Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM cannot accept returns of gas or diesel-powered items if said items are oiled and/or gassed.

At Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM sole discretion, Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned. Other circumstances may dictate a higher restocking fee up to 50% (for example, products not packed correctly or altered, installed, or mishandled in any way).

UNOPENED MERCHANDISE

You may return any "unopened" parts or accessories purchased from Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM within 30 days of delivery by calling our Customer Service department at 833-400-0774 or email to cs@4000psi.com, for a return authorization number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and there will be a 15% restocking fee.

To return new, unopened product due to order error (4000PSI.COM mistake).

  • Within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, call 833-400-0774 or email cs@4000psi.com, 4000PSI.COM Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and return location. Parts returned without an RMA number will be refused and you will not receive credit.
  • We will need the invoice or PO number of the order and the part number, quantity and reason for return.
  • We will then email or fax the Returned Material Authorization along with the location of where to send the return to.
  • 4000PSI.COM will send a return UPS label or UPS call tag to retrieve the wrong items in some cases.
  • You are responsible for making sure it is packaged good enough to ensure it arrives in re sellable condition.
  • Credit will be issued back to the original card used for the purchase up to 30 days.
  • The turnaround time for this process can take 7-10 business days.

To return new, unopened product due to order error (Your mistake).

  • Call 833-400-0774 or email customerservice@4000psi.com, Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and return location. Parts returned without an RMA number will be refused and you will not receive credit.
  • We will need the invoice or PO number of the order and the part number, quantity and reason for return.
  • We will then email or fax the Returned Material Authorization along with the location of where to send the return to.
  • You are responsible for return shipping as well as a tracking number and making sure it is packaged good enough to ensure it arrives in re sellable condition.
  • There is a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returns.
  • Credit will be issued back to the original card used for the purchase up to 30 days.
  • Store Credit will be issued after 90 days.
  • No Returns for Credit after 6 months from date of purchase.
  • The turnaround time for this process can take 7-10 business days.

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

Items damaged in shipping.

  • If you notice the box has been damaged in shipping, you can to refuse the shipment by telling the delivery driver that you want to refuse shipment because it appears damaged. DO NOT SIGN for the package.
  • Immediately, call 833-400-0774 or email customerservice@4000psi.com, Equipment Pros 4000PSI.COM Customer Service to report the refusal so that we can arrange for a replacement.
  • If you do sign for the package you are agreeing to the terms that the package was accepted by you to be in good condition. Any damage that you find inside is then your responsibility.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We encourage you to test your products within 15 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems or technical issues. We offer free technical support on all of our products, so do not hesitate to call us with questions or concerns.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders, assembled products, drop-shipped items and non-stock items are NOT RETURNABLE.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 20% RE-STOCKING FEE

There is a minimum 15% restocking charge for all engines returned. Engines must be returned by pre-paid freight within 15 days with a return authorization number. Only engines that have not been filled with oil or gasoline are eligible for return. There are no returns on any pressure washer, or any other parts or equipment.

MANUFACTURERS' WARRANTIES

Most new items carry a manufacturer's warranty and can be repaired by any authorized dealer. A manufacturer's warranty is not a money-back guarantee. Standard warranty coverage is to repair or replace, free of charge, any parts that are defective in material or workmanship. Wear items such as water and oil seals are covered for 30 days. Labor is NOT covered under any warranty. We recommend you contact your local authorized dealer for warranty service, as no transportation charges are included in the coverage. Warranty registration is not necessary to obtain warranty coverage. The sales receipt indicates the purchase date which starts the warranty period. Shipping costs are not covered by any warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and of any and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the manufacturers or equipment.
